1.Shipping Area (free shipping)
We currently only ship to locations within the United States and it is free shipping (Except Hawaii, Alaska and Puerto Rico).
We ship scooters by FedEx or UPS. And we do NOT ship to PO BOXES or APO.
2.Delivery Time
In-stock orders typically ship within 5 business days, unless otherwise noted on product page. (In the rare occurrence that we cannot ship your order within 5 days.)
For in-stock orders, we'll provide tracking number within 5 business days. A shipping confirmation email will be sent to your email once the order has shipped. The carrier is UPS/FedEx. It may take 3-10 days for your shipment to be scanned by UPS/FedEx. For any third-party shipping, we cannot provide any additional shipping information or documentation. Any delivery dates provided by VARLA are estimates.
For pre-orders/backorders, please refer to the shipping date on the product page.
3.Shipping Changes
- a. NO CHARGE for changing the address BEFORE we provide you the tracking number.
- b. $20 WILL BE CHARGED when the in-transit shipping information shows that the change is successful on FedEx.
- c. If you fail to cancel the item which is in transit, you may reject the package and 10% of the scooter value will be charged as a cancellation fee.
- d. If you apply to change your address after the order is shipped, we'll apply to FedEx/UPS, but we can not guarantee that the information will be changed 100% successfully.
4.Order Cancellation
If your order is in transit and cannot be modified, you may reject the package and 10% of the scooter cost will be charged as a cancellation fee.
5.Package missing
If the order shows that it has been signed, please contact us if you didn't received the package within 3 business days. If more than 3 days, we will no longer accept it, please contact the logistics company directly.
6.Order Tracking
You can track your order and shipping & handling information on your account if you have registered one on varlascooter.com. For more shipping information, send an email. We will get back to you within 24 hours. 
Please personally sign for the package.
If the package shows delivery, but you did not receive your package, please first ask if your neighbors sign for you.
If not, please call FedEx/UPS to verify the situation and report to the Varla support team (support@varlascooter.com). We will check with FedEx/UPS as soon as possible.
Please check all items of the package. If any item is missing, please email customer@varlascooter.com.

P-setting instruction for Varla Eagle One
Accessing Settings
- Power on your scooter.
- Hold the Mode and Power buttons (3seconds) to access the P-setting menu.
- Press the Power button to toggle through P-settings.
- Press the Power button to adjust the value.
- After adjustment, short press the Power button to switch to the next feature and save the previous feature value.
- To save settings, allow the LCD display to timeout (8 seconds) or long press Mode and Power buttons to exit the menu.

If you pay by credit card, your payment could be somehow denied at the checkout by our system in defense against possible credit card fraud.
Under this situation, here are 4 solutions for you:
1. Chose Another Payment Method
